TERMINATION OF ENROLLMENT

CONTRACT DETAILS

• Parents are contracted for one school year period. 

• Every year the contract requires renewal.

PARENT PROMPTED TERMINATION

• Parent will give written notice of at least TWO WEEK NOTICE before the child is to be withdrawn.

• Parent may be responsible for tuition for terms of the contract.

PROGRAM PROMPTED TERMINATION

• If, after FOUR weeks of attendance, it is found that the child is unable to adjust to SMARTY PANTS, the staff reserves the right to request immediate withdrawal of child.  Any fees paid will not be refunded.

• Smarty Pants may terminate contract at will.
