REGISTRATION AND TUITION DETAILS

 

Registration Fee & Deposit: 
Full payment of CAMP TUTION is due at registration.  There is a minimum and maximum

enrollment for each week.  If we do not meet the minimum for a specific week that session

may be canceled.  If WE cancel the camps session due to low enrollment, you may transfer

your registration to another week or request a full refund. 
 
Tuition & Payments: 
All payments for Summer Camp 2019 must be made when registering.  

Please write a check and attach to the camp registration form.  

 

Attire:  
Dress comfortably in “play clothes”.  PLEASE NO FLIP FLOPS.  Your child will need

GOOD shoes (not sandals/flip flops) for our nature adventures.  We will be exploring the

outdoors and appropriate shoes (sneakers) are necessary for safety.   Your child will also

need a rain coat or poncho, in case it rains.   

 

Sunscreen:
Please put sunscreen on before you arrive!  We will be outside the WHOLE day!

Please bring the following items each day (and make sure they are labeled with your child’s name):
                 Change of clothing                Poncho/rain coat
                 Beach towel                             Sun hat
                 Bug spray                                  Water bottle

Illness/Absences:  
Please be courteous, and do not bring your child to camp if he or she is running a fever, has thrown up due to illness, or has any contagious illness.  Camps days missed due to illness, Dr. appointments, other activities or last minute family plans will not be reimbursed and no make-up days will be offered. 

Cancellations:  
Cancellations must be made in writing to smartypantspreschoolmd@gmail.com.  All camp registration and tuition fees are non-refundable. 

Other Details:  
All requested forms and documentation must be completed and received before Smarty Pants by June 1st.

All campers (that are not currently enrolled at SMARTY PANTS) will need to submit proof of immunizations and the forms listed below by June 1st!  If you you do not submit the required paperwork your child will not be able to attend camp and your camp payment will be forfeited.
