ENROLLMENT PROCESS:

 

  • Call the school to register for a tour.

  • Complete the INTEREST FORM (see new to SP page) and bring it to the tour.  

  • Registration forms are accepted in January from current school families and alumni.

  • Open registration follows this period.

  • Students do NOT need to be potty trained!

  • Students must be at least TWO YEARS old by September 1st.

 

Enrollment spaces at Smarty Pants are very limited and are on a first come first serve basis.  Previously enrolled families, have right of first refusal and then enrollment opens to new families.

 

If parent/guardian decides NOT to start in the fall, after registering, please give three weeks notice (at least).  There is often a waiting list and that will allow another family to have the space.

 

Families are contracted for one school year period.  Every year the contract requires renewal.

Parent/guardian will be given a new contract and be required to return it to confirm that space for the next school year.

 

Smarty Pants requires the items listed below to hold the spot until he/she start:

 

  • SMARTY PANTS CONTRACT (once exact attendance days have been approved by SP staff)

  • Registration Fee/Deposit:  ½ of the monthly tuition

 

If the child does not start at the beginning of the Smarty Pants school year, parent/guardian will need to pay the monthly tuition to hold the spot until he/she does start.

 

Registration Fee is non-refundable.  If you decide not to attend Smarty Pants for any reason in the Fall, You will NOT be refunded your registration fee.
