CONFERENCES

Goals for individual children are defined throughout the year. The teachers begin by observing and assessing each child’s development and then include targets and activities for the individuals in their lesson plans. This happens on a regular basis and is reported to parents.

Conferences are offered to families to discuss progress and goals.  Conferences are scheduled using a google link.  The conference dates are on the master calendar for the year.   Parents will receive reminders to sign up for a conference in the monthly newsletters and via emails.  If the dates scheduled are not possible for the parents, the director will arrange a convenient time for parents to meet.
