ABSENCES

 

• Preschool schedules are contracted for specific days only. 

• Emergency schedule changes should be given as soon as possible.

• Phone calls/emails to report such absences or late arrival can be made to Smarty Pants at ANY TIME. 

• Parent is responsible for regular payment of tuition, whether child attends ALL contracted days or not.    

• There is no reduction of fees for child's absence due to sickness or vacations.

• Smarty Pants does NOT provide summer care.

• Two weeks written notice will be given (when possible) to parents for any planned closings.

• There is no reduction of monthly tuition for ANY school closings, illnesses or vacations.

• There is no reduction of monthly tuition for partial school days.
